Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the betasia9 website accessible at https://betasia9.onl together with all services provided on it.
• "User" or "You" means any individual who registers or accesses the betasia9 platform.
• "betasia9" or "we" means the operator of this platform, operating under international licensing.
• "Account" means a user account that has been duly registered on the betasia9 platform.
• "Funds" means cash in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or other currencies accepted by the platform.
• "Bet" means any wager placed through the platform using real money or bonus credits.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the betasia9 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must be met by every user:

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• You are an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement.
• You are not subject to any prohibition on using online gambling services under the laws applicable to you.
• Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts concerned.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. betasia9 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the betasia9 platform are subject to the following policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for each available payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for each withdrawal request.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes after the application is submitted and verified.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• betasia9 does not charge any additional processing fees, however third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.

betasia9 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that requires further investigation or involves suspected suspicious activity. In such cases, we will contact the relevant user through their registered channel.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

betasia9 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The betasia9 welcome bonus gives 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300.
• This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, and the amount that must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800.
• Another example: a deposit of RM600 gives a bonus of RM300 (maximum cap reached), and the wagering requirement is RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.
• betasia9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse of the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts solely to obtain bonuses — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• betasia9 reserves the right to decline promotional offers to any user at our discretion.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

As a betasia9 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that can manipulate games or platform processes.
• Colluding with other users to exploit weaknesses or flaws in the gaming system.
• Using the betasia9 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Providing false information during registration or during the identity verification process.
• Transferring funds between different user accounts to avoid bonus wagering requirements.
• Accessing another person's account without authorisation or sharing your account with any third party.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in appropriate action, including immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances in the account concerned.

Intellectual Property

All content on the betasia9 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of betasia9 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to access and use platform content for personal and non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of betasia9 content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

betasia9 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content on the platform.
• That the platform will operate without interruption, be secure, or be free from errors at all times.
• Game or bet outcomes — all games use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited.

betasia9 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the betasia9 platform.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the betasia9 support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances must be withdrawn following the standard withdrawal procedure.

betasia9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account at any time without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of the platform's terms and conditions of use.
• There is suspicion that the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• The user fails to comply with an identity verification request within the specified time frame.
• There are instructions from a relevant authority or law enforcement body.

Responsible Gambling

betasia9 is committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We fully support efforts to ensure that gambling remains a healthy and controlled form of entertainment for all adult users.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit settings upon user request.

Continued use of the betasia9 platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the applicable terms.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with the use of the betasia9 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
